Mutagen The FAO/IAEA Mutant Variety Database or MVD provides information on induced mutations suitable for breeding programme and genetic analysis. MVD collects information on crop mutant varieties, mutagen used and characters improved. If you have information that is not in the database and you would like considered for inclusion please contact Qing Yao SHU or Submit a request to register a new mutant variety.


FAO/IAEA Database of Mutant Variety and Genetic Stocks

At the moment, we just completed construction of the part for Mutant Variety Database, which is still in the process of information updating, therefore the information is not yet complete. We will add the other part for Mutant Genetic Stocks in due time. We would appreciate receiving your valuable suggestions and comments regarding the structure and content of this database.
