The Mutant Genetic Stock Database collects information on mutant genetic resources available for research and exchange. Three types of resources are included in the database.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

1. Individual mutant lines that are developed through physical and chemical mutagenesis, or somaclonal variation. Mutant varieties developed through direct use of induced mutants are also included;

2. Mutated populations, such as TILLING populations;

3. Mutant genetic populations, which are derived from a cross between a mutant line and a wild type genotype;
